FIIG has announced the launch of a new phone app, which allows investors to monitor their portfolio, search for bonds, and track prices easily.

The app contains a multitude of different features. It lists over 250 different bonds from a range of industries, companies, tenors and currencies. Investors are able to sort bonds based on maturity dates, yields and name; filter bonds based on yield, maturity date, security type, currency and rating; and create personalised bond watch lists from a wider assortment of over 150 bonds.

Other features include reviewing individual bond details, observing a rolling indicative capital price graph, and making general buy or sell enquiries for each bond from the app.

Existing FIIG portfolios can be viewed from within the app. Investors can view their portfolio summary, account summary, account holdings, as well as feature information and data.

The major benefits of downloading the FIIG app are tenfold. FIIG app developers focused on three key aspects, being transparency, access, and information:

Transparency

  • Price transparency of yield to maturity, capital price and running yield
  • Capital price history back to May 2015

Access

  • List of a broad selection of AUD, GBP, USD and EUR bonds
  • Key bond terms
  • Portfolio reporting updated daily to existing clients

Information

  • Weekly markets update
  • Direct links to the WIRE website
  • Fact sheets for selected bonds
  • FIIG core service offerings
  • Monitoring price  and yield movements via alerts and filters

The FIIG mobile app offers a new channel in which bond information can be quickly and readily found. More information is available on the FIIG Securities app webpage.External link - opens in a new window
